The Micro-credential in Strategic Higher Education Leadership is designed for aspiring leaders looking for an accelerated pathway to the skills needed for immediate career advancement. The program emphasizes the practical knowledge and skills needed to provide effective leadership in today’s highly competitive post-secondary education environment. Special emphasis is given to honing students’ ability to use data to guide institutional decision-making and operations. Program alumni will have the skills necessary to make significant contributions in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement at the department and institutional levels.
